Paula is and always has been extremely passionate in helping others realize that anything and everything is possible. A champion for self-love, personal triumph and wellbeing, Paula brings a multi-disciplined focus to her work. She is fortunate to have found her calling as a coach and has continued to make a difference in peoples’ lives.

Paula helps her clients reach their fullest potential and accomplish each and every one of their goals, whether that is bodily acceptance and self-love, or creating the life of their dreams. She believes that none of this is possible without first acquiring a strong foundation to who you really are and learning how to love yourself in the present moment.

Since a very young age, Paula struggled to find out not only who she was, but also what her purpose was on this earth. After years of battling with extremely low self-esteem, anxiety, taunting perfectionism, depression and an eating disorder, Paula understands first hand just how difficult life can be when you are not comfortable in your own skin and your mind is not in alignment to the person that you truly are.

When she was advised to take anti-depressants by a doctor at the age of eighteen, something inside of her strongly said no. She believed that there had to be another way to deal with what she was going through. Paula’s turning point began when she realized the key to happiness lies in working from the inside out – a philosophy that has served her clients well as she guides them to understand how to change themselves from within rather than relying solely on medication to take over.

After receiving her Honours Bacholors Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, she had a difficult time in deciding what type of approach she wanted to take in order to help others. Since she believes that we as human beings are composed of not only the mind, but the body and spirit as well, she decided that traditional psychology is not necessarily the path she wanted to take.

From her own yoga and meditation practices, not only in Canada but also in Thailand and Indonesia, Paula has grown to appreciate and understand the enormous value that yoga and other holistic approaches of healing have not only for our bodies, but even more so our minds. This is why alongside receiving her Life Coaching Certificate, she also decided to receive her Level-One Reiki Certificate and become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) and Holistic Nutritionist.

Paula is also the author of the book, “Weighing Love”which was written with the intention to help anyone who truly wants to fall in love with themselves, their bodies, they food that they eat and their lives.
